Red Pepper Sauce [Dairy free, Gluten free, Grain free, Sugar free]

A fresh and robust sauce for home-made burgers, vegetable pasta or a relish to use as preferred.  I blogged this recipe in January 2014 with home made burgers and a green banana mash. 

A quick, easy to make sauce which can be tweaked to suit different preferences.

Ingredients

1 large red pepper
1 large red tomato
2-4 cloves unpeeled garlic
1 small onion, unpeeled
2 tsp chilli flakes
Freshly milled salt and pepper to taste


Here's How 
  • Roast the red pepper, tomato, garlic and onions, remove all skins add to blender and blend until smooth.
 
  • Season well and serve.
