Part 1: 08h10.
I couldn't sleep last night, watched the telly until around 24h00, dozed off for a bit and was wide awake at 04h00...that's literally four hours of sleep. Other than that no other side effects. Took the cap at 06h00 again this morning and have just breakfasted on a health bread, lettuce, tomato and cucumber sandwich with green tea. I have grit in my eyes and I'm hoping that I'm able to sustain the rest of today....
Part 2: 19h10
What a rollercoaster of a day today has been...the euphoric feeling has passed and my day continued with immense thirst. Pushed through about 2.5litres of water and about a litre of green tea. The visits to the ladies' room was eventful! Towards the afternoon I felt tiredness coming on and had a strange "buzzy" feel, my alertness seemed somewhat sharper this afternoon and I felt it on the drive home from work...normally I'd drive without feeling "alert" but knowing that I was...today I "felt" that I was alert and paying extra attention to the road. All in all it was an uneventful day, except that my eyes felt heavy on the drive home and I was praying that I didn't black out!
Lunch was a home made lentil and yogurt curry and half a cup of steamed veggies.Late afternoon snack was a quarter cup fat free strawberry yogurt and dinner was braised cabbage with a grilled chicken leg portion and a slice of crushed wheat and bran bread. I am satisfied with the eating plan as it goes in tandem with my "normal" weightloss plan, albeit a lot less...and I'm hoping that it bodes well for when I stop the Phentermine, as it will make the continuation of my journey bearable and make for continuence. Gleaning from the research of the appetite suppressant, and like any other diet, if a healthy lifestyle and eating plan is not maintained, then the weight creeps back two-fold! Something that I can very well do without thank you very much!
I'm hoping that I get in extra sleep tonight to make up for last night's loss and that these feelings ease off over the next couple of days. I know that I am lighter weight wise as I can feel the difference in my underwear. The challenge now is to determine if I can sustain the Duromine and I feel once this month is over, I should change to the 15mg dosage, should I choose to continue.
