It's been almost 3 weeks since I last blogged and this has seemed like forever! The past three weeks have been eventful with a hectic travel schedule, travel mix-ups, severe illness and disgustingly falling off the wagon, making the road to my weightless utopia trip longer but opening my eyes to the pitfalls, again ***rolls eyes***, along the way....
My ramblings and a through-the-eyes expose of my journey to my health & weightloss Utopia. A regular sharing of my attempt(s), including recipes, that have assisted in breaking free from the fat shackles that have held me captive for what seems like forever. I have changed my blog name to embrace the changes & healing that natural foods has made to my life & will continue to blog among my ramblings, all things Naturally Nutritious & Living Paleolicously.
